Two genomics verticals, one laboratory.

The same Infinium chemistry serves human research and agricultural breeding programs. We run both in-house in Ankara, so regional customers get global-standard arrays without shipping samples abroad.

The platform

Illumina Infinium chemistry, read on the iScan system.

Array genotyping is the most cost-effective, high-throughput way to read hundreds of thousands of validated markers from a single DNA sample. Each BeadChip carries silica beads bearing locus-specific probes, and the iScan reads the assay as points of fluorescence.

It is the right first layer for population studies, pharmacogenomics, and genomic selection: reproducible, scalable, and a fraction of the cost of sequencing, with results that stay comparable across every batch we run.
